its mr.lio, i just call him lio coz i really don't know his name.. one time i'll find it out.. anyways his everywhere here in singapore with a big smile and a wide open arms kindda like wants to hug someone... and reminding everybody GMRC. the good manners and right conduct thing.. nice right..
